RTC designed the cemetery expansion project's Low Impact Development BMPs per City of Los Angeles ordinances including biofiltration basins and Filterra vaults to treat and filter storm water runoff from the new cemetery loop road system. RTC also developed the project Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and provided QSP inspections, monitoring and reports.

RTC developed the Water Pollution Control Program (WPCP) including the project water quality and erosion control plans for the multiple site project, located within the environmentally sensitive high desert. RTC also provided the QSP inspections, monitoring and reporting required by Caltrans.
RTC provided QSD services including updating the project Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), obtaining the State Water Board Waste Discharge Identification Number and preparation of the project Notice of Termination. RTC also provided the QSP inspections, monitoring and Reporting for this Risk Level 2 project.
